I just came across Philipp Spoeth’s website, and he has a handful of FREE After Effects plugins.

I haven’t had a chance to try them yet, but they should be compatible with Adobe After Effects CS5 (64-bit).

Also, if you’re Photoshop user, he has some plugins for that too – all of the above plus Icon & Cursor.
