Swish Transition Effects for Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, AE and Motion Released on FxFactory

A free set of transition plugins lets editors stretch, blur, dissolve or pan from one clip to the next.

Boston, MA (PRWEB) July 16, 2013

Noise Industries, developer of visual effects tools for the post-production and broadcast markets, now offers Andy’s Swish Transitions for free on FxFactory. Andy’s Swish Transitions is compatible with Final Cut Pro® X, Motion, After Effects® and Premiere® Pro. This set of plugins from Andy Mees includes two different types of highly customizable transition effects: Swish Pan and Swish Dissolve.

Andy’s Swish Transitions are available now for FCP X, Premiere Pro, Motion and AE.

Using Swish Pan, editors can easily simulate in-camera whip pans, controlling everything from the pan direction and “whip factor” to the smoothness or sharpness with transition timing. In Swish Dissolve, Andy recreated a signature transition used by Focus Asia to segue between stories and credits on the show Star TV (Hong Kong). The effect horizontally stretches and blurs the outgoing clip, dissolving through to the incoming clip as it snaps in from a vertical stretch blur. Editors can customize stretch blur and angle, timing controls and more.
